Scholarship Investment Dollars Grow From $197,000 to $1.4 million

One measure of the Education Partnership’s success is the increasing number of students receiving Partnership scholarships. However, this success in providing higher education access and opportunity to more students has generated fundraising and fiscal challenges. This year, scholarship awards totaled more than $1.6 million up from $1.4 million last year and a considerable increase from the first year (1989) total of $197,000.  Scholarship eligible students reached over 4,400 for the Class of  2008.
