Transfer Scholarship

The Education Partnership awards students that successfully transfer from a local community college to a local university with a one-time $500 scholarship. 

You are eligible for the Transfer Scholarship if you:

Currently meet all regular scholarship eligibility requirements: enrolled full-time, cumulative 2.0 GPA or higher, and previously submitted a Student Authorization and Educational Release Form.

Transferred to a local university for the Spring or Fall semester and are currently enrolled full-time. This must be your first time enrollment in a university.

Attended a local community college full-time in the semester prior to transferring to the local university.

Submit the required documentation:
Transcript from the community college
Letter of Verification of Enrollment from the university
Certification Form

The Transfer Scholarships are not automatic.  You can only apply for the scholarship after you transfer to the local university.  The application period is usually the beginning of the Fall semester.  There are a limited number of scholarships and they are awarded on a first-come first-served basis.  The scholarship is not renewable.
